Kashan rugs are amongst the most beautiful and famous of all Persian rugs. The weavers have maintained the high quality in their materials, natural dyes, stunning natural patinas, intricate patterns, and knotting style through the centuries.
An exquisite and luxurious piece that is perfect for making any space feel like a palace, this 9’10” x 14’2″ Persian Kashan rug is an antique, aged 50-60 years, and features a beautiful floral design in red, blue, green, brown, peach and ivory colors.
The 100% wool pile is soft and luxurious with a medium pile thickness of 1/3″-3/8″ providing a comfortable, soft underfoot while the cotton foundation ensures durability.
This rug was knotted by hand in approximately 633 days with a knot density of 225 KPSI and was signed by Kashan Alaghamand workshop making it a truly special piece.
